The Service is intended exclusively for business use by healthcare organizations and their staff. It is not a consumer product and is not intended for use by or in connection with patients or patient care.
Access to RepScore Health is by invitation only. Accounts are provisioned by JLA Health Tech LLC following a request and review process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service supports multiple role types: Director, Executive (VP), and Owner. Each role has different permissions and access levels. You may only use the role assigned to your account. Attempting to access features or data beyond your assigned role is a violation of these Terms.
You agree to notify us immediately at admin@repscore.health if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
RepScore Health is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are displayed at repscore.health. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and are tied to the subscribing organization, not individual users.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of a material technical failure of the Service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time. Refund requests must be submitted to admin@repscore.health with a description of the issue. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible in your account Settings, or by contacting us at admin@repscore.health. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access through the end of the paid period.
Each subscription plan includes defined limits on the number of directors, representatives, and monthly roleplay sessions. These limits are enforced by the platform. Exceeding limits requires upgrading to a higher-tier plan.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
RepScore Health is not designed, intended, or approved for storing, processing, or transmitting Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Do not enter patient names, patient identifiers, diagnoses, treatment information, or any other PHI into the platform. Performance metrics tracked in the platform relate to BD representative activity (admissions counts, referral source contacts, territory coverage), not patient-level clinical data.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform ("Customer Data"). We do not sell, rent, or share your Customer Data with third parties for marketing purposes. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your Customer Data will be retained for 90 days. After that period, data is permanently deleted from our systems. If you need to export your data, you should do so before cancellation. We are not responsible for data lost after the 90-day retention period.
The Service uses the following third-party processors to deliver its functionality:
Data shared with these processors is subject to their respective privacy policies. We select processors that maintain appropriate data security standards.
RepScore Health uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching reports based on representative scorecard data. These reports are provided for informational and management purposes only.
Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) generated by the platform are structured templates populated from scorecard data — they are not AI-generated documents. All PIP documents are starting points and must be reviewed by qualified HR or legal professionals before use in any formal employment action.
AI-generated coaching reports should be reviewed by a qualified manager before use. The Company is not responsible for employment decisions, legal outcomes, or HR actions arising from AI-generated content or platform-generated documents. Accuracy of all outputs depends on the accuracy of data entered by your team.
